Concepts, not construction drawings
Images are for exploring and discussing ideas. They do not include construction details, specifications, service layouts, load calculations, fire compliance or permits, and must not be used directly for building work.
Independent AI service
Spatiolum is an independent home design product with its own interface to third-party AI models. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by their providers. Content checks run as required by the product and partners; requests may be paused when checks are unavailable. Requirements that cannot be processed may be revised and resubmitted. NSFW, adult, and sexually suggestive generation or requests are prohibited. See Acceptable use and Terms.
Structural changes
AI cannot reliably identify load-bearing walls, shear walls, service shafts or fixed utilities from a floor plan image. Obtain original structural drawings, required approvals and qualified on-site assessment before removing any wall.
Dimensions and products
Digital furniture placement shows approximate scale and visual relationships. Before ordering, cutting openings, making cabinetry or installing products, use on-site measurements, manufacturer drawings and required safety clearances.

By using layout and generation tools, you acknowledge these limits. When a drawing lacks reliable information, we require manual checks or decline automatic assessment rather than treating uncertain predictions as facts.
