Who we are
Spatiolum (also referred to as Fangcun) provides AI-assisted interior visualization tools (for example, whole-home concept generations and limited local edits based on floor plans or photos you provide). Information we collect
Information you provide includes: account email and authentication data; project content (floor plans, photos, measurements, room labels, style preferences, prompts, and similar materials); support email content; and billing metadata such as name/email associated with a purchase. Payment card or wallet data is processed by our payment partner and is not stored in full on our servers. Information collected automatically includes: technical logs (IP address, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, referrer, and error diagnostics); usage data (feature use, generation/edit counts, credit balances, and similar operational metrics); and cookies / local storage required to keep you signed in or remember language/unit settings. Our static marketing preview may use minimal or no tracking cookies; the hosted app may use strictly necessary storage for auth and preferences. We do not sell personal information.
How we use information
We use information to: provide, operate, and improve the Service (including running AI generation and edit jobs); create and manage accounts, credits, and project workspaces; process payments, prevent fraud, and handle refunds with our payment partners; communicate about the Service (transactional messages, security notices, support replies); comply with law and enforce our terms; and protect the security and integrity of the Service. AI processing: content you submit may be sent to subprocessors (including AI model providers and infrastructure hosts) solely to deliver the features you request. Do not upload content you are not allowed to share.
Model improvement
If you opt in, we may use your content (uploads, prompts, outputs) to improve and train our models and service. We will not use your content for that training purpose without clear consent. You may withdraw consent where the product provides a control.
Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
Where applicable, we process data based on: contract performance; legitimate interests (security, product improvement, fraud prevention); consent (where required); and legal obligation.
Sharing
We may share information with: Payment partners / Merchants of Record — for Creem checkout: Creem (processes payments as MoR); for Dodo checkout: Dodo Payments (processes payments as MoR) — to complete checkout, invoicing, tax handling as included in the displayed price, disputes, and payouts. We do not store full card numbers on Spatiolum servers; cloud infrastructure, email delivery, storage, and AI model providers acting as processors; professional advisors under confidentiality (legal, accounting); authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer (with notice where required). We do not share personal information for independent third-party marketing without your consent.
International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than yours (including where our hosts and AI providers operate). Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) or rely on other lawful transfer mechanisms.
Retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Generation inputs/outputs and logs may be retained for operational, safety, and abuse-prevention periods. You may request deletion as described below; some records (for example payment records) may be retained where legally required.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risk (access controls, encrypted transport where applicable, least-privilege practices). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability or withdrawal of consent. To exercise rights, email px520maple@163.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California / similar US state laws: we do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are commonly defined for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may request know/delete/correct rights via the same email.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or higher age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data so we can delete it.
Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are their own.
Changes
We may update this Policy. We will post the new version with an updated "Last updated" date and, where required, provide additional notice.
