Paid Service Terms overview
These Paid Service Terms ("Terms") govern purchases of paid credits and related paid features on Spatiolum. By completing a purchase or using paid credits, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Operator public name: Spatiolum (trading name; also Fangcun). Support: px520maple@163.com. If checkout is not yet enabled on the public site, the prices above are published for transparency and merchant compliance. A purchase is formed only when you complete a successful checkout with our payment partner. Online checkout is not open yet.
Our service
Spatiolum provides AI-assisted interior visualization. Paid packs grant whole-home generation batch credits and associated local edit allowances described below. Outputs are digital concept visuals, not architectural drawings, construction documents, permits, or professional design advice. You are responsible for verifying that your use (including commercial listing or client presentation use) complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
Accounts
Paid credits are tied to your Spatiolum account. Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify support promptly of unauthorized use.
Packs, prices, and credits
Overseas products are one-time purchases of whole-home generation batch credits with no subscription or automatic renewal: Whole-home ×1 is USD 9.90 (1 whole-home batch; 1 local edit per original generated image, shared with edited descendants of that image); Whole-home ×10 is USD 89.90 (10 batches; 2 local edits per successful batch); Whole-home ×50 is USD 429.90 (50 batches; 2 local edits per successful batch). A whole-home batch is one credited run that generates the rooms/views planned for one confirmed whole-home layout under product rules then in force. Credits are account-level and may be used across projects on the same account. No package expiry date is currently set; unused credits remain available until consumed or reversed under a refund/chargeback. Failed jobs that our systems mark as unsuccessful do not permanently consume the corresponding reserved credit; duplicate provider notifications do not grant duplicate credits. Historical orders keep the benefits that applied at purchase time. Catalogue prices are shown in US dollars and are tax-inclusive fixed amounts (USD 9.90 / 89.90 / 429.90). The amount displayed is what you pay for that pack; Creem or Dodo (as Merchant of Record for the checkout you use) charges that displayed amount. We do not add a separate tax line on top of the public catalogue price.
Payment partners
Day-one checkouts may be completed through Creem or Dodo Payments. For a purchase completed through Creem checkout, Creem acts as the merchant of record (MoR) and processes payment (including cards/wallets) under Creem’s terms and privacy policy. For a purchase completed through Dodo checkout, Dodo acts as the merchant of record (MoR) and processes payment under Dodo’s terms and privacy policy. Spatiolum does not receive or store full payment card data and is not the card merchant for those Creem or Dodo checkouts. We receive payment confirmation and limited billing metadata needed to fulfill credits. Which MoR applies is shown at the checkout you use. Displayed catalogue prices are tax-inclusive fixed USD amounts. The MoR charges the displayed amount for the selected pack; we do not add a separate tax line on top of the public catalogue price.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful home and interior design concepts, and to follow these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy (/legal/acceptable-use). You agree not to: upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content; attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or bypass credit, rate, or safety limits; generate, request, upload, or share NSFW, adult, pornographic, nude, explicit, sexually suggestive, or sexually exploitative content, or other harmful or violent content; use face-swapping, deepfakes, or other uses that violate others' rights; resell raw API access or systematically scrape the Service without written permission; or bypass content checks or safety limits. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access, and may cancel unused credits obtained through fraud or abuse, without refund where permitted by law.
AI outputs and disclaimer
AI outputs can be inaccurate, unrealistic, or inconsistent with true dimensions. Spatiolum is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Your content
You retain rights in materials you upload (including floor plans, photos, and prompts). You grant Spatiolum a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide the Service, including through AI model and infrastructure processors.
Outputs
Subject to these Terms and applicable provider terms, we grant you a license to use generated images for your lawful personal or internal business purposes (including client presentation and listing concepts). Outputs are digital concept visuals only—not construction documents, permits, or professional design advice—and may be inaccurate or non-unique. We do not claim copyright in your original uploads.
Training
We may use your uploads, prompts, and outputs to improve and train our models and service only if you give clear consent (for example an in-product opt-in). Without that consent, we do not use your content to train foundation models for unrelated third parties. Processors may process data as needed to deliver the generation you request.
Refunds
Because credits are digital and often consumed immediately: you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if no whole-home batch credit from that order has been successfully consumed, by emailing px520maple@163.com with your account email and order/receipt ID. Refunds are generally not available once any credit from the order has been successfully delivered, except where required by law or where we determine a verified Service defect prevented delivery. Duplicate charges / confirmed provider errors: we will work with the payment partner to correct them. Approved refunds reverse remaining unused credits from that order. Chargebacks may result in account suspension pending review. Local consumer mandatory rights (including cooling-off rules that cannot be waived) remain unaffected.
Changes to prices or Service
We may change catalogue prices or credit rules prospectively. Changes do not rewrite benefits already purchased unless required by law or explicitly agreed. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of these Terms or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the minimum permitted.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence may still apply. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer venue rights.
